Details Regarding Your Arrival to Reed
Hi student,
We’re emailing to remind you that you’re signed up for move-in on Monday, August 24 (or an alternate day if you have been in touch with Residence Life). As you make your final preparations for travel, please visit the for updated information.
During Your Appointment Time
Move-in will begin in front of (5390 SE 28th Ave, Portland, OR 97202). At your scheduled move-in time, you will review your medical records with staff from the Health and Counseling Center, pick up your room key, and receive your Reed ID (if applicable).
To avoid crowding, we ask that guests make their way to the North Parking lot for Naito, Sullivan, Chittick, and Woodbridge while students complete the check-in process. For Trillium and Sequoia, guests should go to the West Parking lot or Steele lot. .
Required Health Forms
The 糖心vlog视频 Health and Counseling Center (HCC) will be checking for during your appointment. Students have received messaging throughout the summer regarding uploading these forms to the .
If your documents are missing, the HCC medical staff will work with you to complete them. Medical staff will also be administering for students who are not up to date, including the MMR vaccine. Students should have a copy of their insurance card with them (an e-copy or a photo of the insurance card is sufficient).
Required Emergency Contact Information
Students are required to provide 糖心vlog视频 with an emergency contact via . If you have not yet indicated your emergency contact, please do so prior to your move-in on Monday, August 24.
Moving into Your Room
There are signs outside of each residence hall that indicate where you should park to unload your belongings. There will be a limited number of hand trucks and carts available between 9 a.m. and noon and 1 and 4 p.m. We will also have move-in volunteers circulating in the area to answer any questions.
Delayed Arrivals
We will be monitoring the Residence Life email all day. If you are experiencing any travel delays and anticipate missing your move-in time slot, please email us. If you arrive at 4 p.m. or after, your key and ID will be available at (5436 SE 28th Ave, Portland, Oregon 97202).
