Power Outage - All Systems restored

All campus systems affected by today's power outage have been restored, including Microsoft Remote Desktop (MRD) services. Thank you for your patience while our teams worked to resolve these interruptions.

Power Outage - Update

Microsoft Remote Desktop (MDR) is still down, with an estimated restoration time of 2 hours.

Other services have been restored. If you have a desk phone that a showing error message, reboot the phone by unplugging and replugging in the wall cable.

Service Restored - Banner

Banner: (Iris, Employee Self Service, etc) returned to service.

Banner and Remote Desktop

Many services have been restored with the exception of Banner and Remote Desktop. IT staff continue to restore services as quickly as possible.

Power Outage

An early morning power outage affecting the Reed campus took down many Reed systems and infrastructure. IT staff are working to restore services. Updates will be posted as more information is available
